Thelma is a large / tall framed sow with good length of body. While slightly lacking in bone, she makes up for it in temperament and mothering ability. She is a natural born brood sow, raising large litters (9 in her last with 100% survival rate) and large uniform piglets. She is always gentle and careful with her piglets. Thelma is very friendly with people and has shown zero signs of aggression towards people handling her piglets or being on the floor in the pen with her during farrowing.
